Avstriiskyi Aparthotel welcomed its guests and city residents on March 1, 2020. The hotel is located in a new building on Staryi Rynok square which is known for being the oldest square in Lviv and the one that belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the Lviv Historical Center Ensemble. The history of the area of Staryi Rynok squaredates back to XII century when it was inhabited according to the archaeological excavations. The King Danylo is believed to have founded a walled town called Lviv in the middle of XIII century on the basis of this settlement at the bottom of Zamkova Hora. It is here where the church of St. John the Babtist, one of the oldest temples of Lviv, is located.

Having the convenient central location of the hotel our guests will be bestowed a chance to start their Lviv discovery tour right from this square. The main idea behind the hotel design is to create the most comfortable, spacious rooms and apartments each of them having a fascinating view of the old square.

The style of the interior of the hotel is neo-classical. The rooms are colored in pastel and grey colors that will make you feel cozy. The emphasis is laid on modern furniture of bright colors. Most of the rooms have balconies. There is one balcony that is very special, namely, it is a 20 sq. m. large spacious terrace on the 4th floor within a panoramic view of Staryi Rynok and Lviv downtown.

The entire hotel area, rooms and lounge are arranged with green spaces. The abundance of plants and flowers complements the interior of our aparthotel and helps to create a special mood and harmony while staying in our hotel.

The hotel comprises 5 floors where 6 rooms are located (there are 3 ECONOMY rooms, 2 STANDARD rooms, 1 SUPERIOR room) and 11 spacious apartments (there are 5 STANDARD, 3 COMFORT and 3 DELUXE apartments).

A gastronomic getaway in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere can be reached in the modern gastronomic bar. Here you can taste delicious and copious Austrian cuisine. There is chef`s specialty. The bar menu will delight you with a large line of exclusive cocktails from our bartenders and a wide range of alcoholic beverages and wines. Breakfast is also available for hotel guests.
